7)Operation and maintenance

Operation

1  Before starting the machine ,check and see if the reducer is refilled with lubrication oil. See to that all the fasteners are 

     secured,the clean the oven.

2  After connecting the power , make the oven turn clock-

    wise with on lcad for two minutes,if everything is O.k.start working,in this process,see to that the delta rubber belt 

     transmission is in conformity with that indicated in the plate on the belt cover.

3 The inclination of the sugar coating oven is related to the loadge and its changeability.It is preferable at the inclination of 

      30°for its prodrctivity and puality.

4 After feeding,press the brtton of the main motor ,then press the button for blower mptor and turn on the switch of heating

    cords as repuired.

5.when finsihed the coating ,it is better to let the tuber cooling( blower/hot wind pipe) woke longer 5-6 mins,this can protect the electric heat tube. 

Maintenance:

1  Replace lubrication oil for reducer and refill lubrication grease for roller bearings regularly. Replace lubrication oil every six months . 

2  The machine should be cleaned if it will not be used for some time.In case the oven is made of copper,oil should be applied to the surface

        in preventing it from being cxidized.

3  Don’t remove cover for the belt and the casing for the wires without any reason.

4  After repairing electric devices,fix the cover again so as to ensure safety working.

5  The machine must have a good earthing .
