Applications

Sugar coating machines are used for average coating and polishing of formed tablets and pills in pharmaceutical and food industry. The sugar coating vessel or pot is elevated,allowing electric heater or gas to be placed directly under it. These machines apply manylayers of sugar on the surface of tablets/pills for better protection. These machines canalso be used for aqueous or film coating of products. The process involves pre heatingthe solution in the coating vessel and then introducing the product to be coated in it.After layers of coat has been applied, the product is dried and cooled with uniform finishing.

For example: chocolate polishing, including peanuts,the sugar, spices, manufacturing balls, 

pearl tapioca balls, rolling desiccant.

Structure

From the aircraft fuselage, worm gear box, sugar pot, heating equipment, fans, electrical and other major components, 

which by the motor through belt driven worm gear, worm, bring sugar-coated pan rotation, under the action of centrifugal

 force, so that materials in the pot internal friction for rolling up and down, to sugar mixture, Pill, and lighting effects.

Feature:
