6.Trouble  Removal 

Performance	Reason	Solution
1.The popoed garin can not out suddenly,the rice back to entrance and then smoking .	High temperature ,the steam make the rice into caking,blocking the exit door.	1)power off the machine,open the machine and clean grains insdie,then restart. 2))rotate speed too high,low the speed.
2.machine suddenly not working	tool in machine breakage	change new tool
	Power wrong	check power parts
	Too much rice ,more than machine capacity	Move the more rice in machine.
3.the screw and barrel locked, Difficult to  disassemb.	Mid working stop,blocking badly,or did not let machine keep move with no cereals in for half an mins after production.	Disassemb the head of machine,put the screw and barrel in fire burning,until there have smoking then it is ok.not allowed to knock the machine.
4.Machine work some times,the rice will back to entrance ,and out roce flower is small and brown with low speed	the screw and barrel is wear.	Change new
5.when start to produce ,there have rice flower Out while some  Rice back to  Entrance and  with some noise	At  begining becuase of the low temperature ,the rice put more then it is not in time out ,then some rice back to entrance,after two mins the temperature is high then is phenomenon will be disappear.	Close the entrance door,when the back rice enter again,then continuous put small quantity rice in and more rice in step by step, enter capacity of rice in machine capacity is ok.
