Rice Flower Popped Machine Using Manual 

This machine is designed by our enginner with an multifunction  and self-ripe snack food machine. 

1.  Power  3 phase  11kw    change speed motor  1.1kw 

2. Operation :

1)frist put the screw and barrel in the machine,fix the flange plate.

2)Install the cutter on the stick of flange plate,and then put on the cutter and belt pulley(there have an dowel pin between the cutter and belt pulley),adjust the cutter and flange plate 

distance into 0.2mm(as an normal paper thickness).Next step is using 2 pieces of screw net to fix

 the cutter and belt pulley, (the 2 screw nut must be tighten to each other, avoid when the machine 

working the cutter Will be Back),finsihed all above then let the machine move without any grain in,

if the sounds of machine is normal then ok .

3. when start to working ,to pull some water in machine frist,when machine start then at the entrance slowly put 

  some wet rice in,(using 25G rice with little water is ok),when the popped rice out ,then continuous to put some 

  dry rice in,Because at the begin the low temperature and heavy load,it is necessary to control the input quantity 

  of rice,when the popped rice flower out and in shape,then enlarge the enter quantity of rice step by step,until the rice

  completely in,Article will be continuous ...
