(9) The blaze of the fuel gas should not be great, which should take the burner 

(except the special wire netting) and other spares will not become red or obvious flare, 

the puffing food will not turn up yellow as the standard. Pay attention to the result, 

the obvious sign of great blaze is that the gland bush become soft and the puffing food 

become yellow and burned.

 (10) The foundation of this machine is flitch structure. For the convenient transportation, 

    there may imbed four small woods under the flitch structure, pull out it before operation,

    then installed this machine in the fixed foundation (because the flitch structure of the 

    baseframe is easy to be damaged, fix angle iron and channel steel at the front of the 

    baseframe to prevent the equipment stay at the fixed position or the backward of the equipment), 

    check the stander and the bulking machine to see whether it is loose, prevent the movement and 

    flexibility of the machine from hurting persons when bulking.(11) As for the new machine or the machine stick material, put a scree of 8kg to turn in the

 machine for 8/24 hours (there must has personnel to look to when the machine is operating),

 smear a bed of edible oil, burn with small fire for a moment, then begin to be used. Several 

jars of food bulked with the new machine or that after turning with sand and stones may contain 

sand and stones, which could not be sold.
