Notes:

(4) On the rice puffing machine,

It is better to use red line to make record on the regular pressure scale, so as to correctly observe

the figure on the pressure gauge, and the overpressure usage cannot be used. The clock should be installed at 

an obvious place in operational department of the bulking machine, according to the experience 

time when bulking, so as to prevent the damage of pressure gauge and the over-

pressure running accident caused by only rely on pressure indication.��

(5) Close the fire brand and stop operating the engine when personnel leave. There is a section of fuel 

   gas pipeline near the fuel gas furnace which is easy to rub the frame cover of the bulking machine,

   be sure to cover a section of pipe at here.

(6) Add lubricant to every rotating part on puff 

  machine, frequently tightened screw and forward and backward sliding part every week. 

   Attention: the axletree is installed in the bulking jar, add high temperature grease resisting 

 500 degree to tailstock grease fitting at every other day, or add grease which resist more than 160 degree one times a day. Add

 the high temperature grease one times a day to the two pins of fixed bulking machine cover.

(7) The pressure gauge, special fuel gas wearing netting, gland bush, safety valve, deflation valve and pin 

are belong to wearing parts, the ensurence period of great bend bow is three months, the other parts are six 

months. Contact our company if malfunction happens or needs fittings. Carry out hydraulic pressure test to 

the jar, deflation valve and safety valve one times according to the actual working pressure +0.8mpa (water press test). 

It can be put into continuous use if there are no problems such as the water leakage and so on, otherwise it will be scraped.

(8) Push the buffer tie plate to position A, then whirl the pin of the cover, bulking in open. Otherwise the great bend 

bow and the other parts will be damaged. The elasticity of the rubber on the crosstie will descend, which may directly cause 

the collision of the great bend bow and the bulking jar. 

There will has metal clash when colliding, be sure to stop the machine and adjust the crosstie at this moment,

add vehicle tyres to the front and the left and right of crosstie,till there is no metal clash when bulking. 

Otherwise, the great bend bow and the jar body is very easy to be damaged.
