Rice puff machine Operating methods:

   (1) Closely puff machine cover the charging cover before operation, after 20 minutes warm

  up, it can be put into production.

(2) Pour the materials into the cylinder, the standstill locking pin should lock up the cylinder 

  and use special spanner to lock up the gland bush. 

(3) Open the standstill locking pin, start the engine and whirl the cylinder, open the gas-

   stop widely after lighting, do not open the gas stop before lighting, 

   otherwise, it is easy to burn person.

(4) When the pressure reached the needed requirement, close the gas-stop, 

 draw the handspike to push cushion pad to position A, push down the standstill locking pin

 and drive pin, and demount the belt, ensure that the bulking jar will not turn over towards 

 the radial and axial direction. Push down and open it, and use special spanner to open the pivot,

 make the material bulking.

(5)After bulking, push away the block shelf, undraw the central drive pin immediately and demount the belt,

 whirl the cylinder quickly, blow or spill the remnant in the cylinder by using the compressed air. 

 (The action should be quick so that the remnant will not be scorch.)

(6)Turn the corn puff machine and make the mouth of cylinder upwards, carry out charging and begin 

   the next round of bulking operation.
