puffing cereal with Unpeeled Rice

when puffing rice,the rice can be last year or this year produced,can with skin or without.

The rice if with skin puff ,there will have a little dark material out side the rice,while if mixing this puffed rice with chocolate that test more great. 

the rice water contecnt is better at 13-14%,and after 

puffing the water contect can be left about 8%,if want more less,then need to add dryer machine.
