 For the Glutinous Rice cook way before using Muri Machine,

 

the processing way is like this:

 

1) Soak glutinous rice for about 8 hours, then drain and steam it in a steam box or steamer.     

   Do not steam it for too long, If the steaming time is too long, the rice will be agglomerated   

  and stick together.

 2) Pour the steamed rice into a container with a net at the bottom to dry and rub
 
     cooked rice into separately, then dry it (preferably in the sun, if in the oven
 
     the temperature cannot exceed 90 degrees), and keep the dried rice water
 
     connect at 15%, so that it is convenient to store.

Above is the proceesing RIN MI way,some customer they outsourcing directly then

no need process self before rice sand roaster.
