9.Example of Automatic airflow puff machine Operation

9.1 when ready for auto model,please choice “Preparation Before Using”

   to check is the machine in good condition to working.

9.2 Choice “AUTO “in General Interface,then will enter into auto model,

In the page of Systeam Parameter Specification choice “product

Clear”set the “Feed cereal in to puffing Machine Tank time “then

back to “auto model”.

9.3 put the head of suction machine into where put the cereals ,check is

the puff tank open,frist time using please press “HEAT POT “(it is in

the page of Systeam Parameter Specification choice.that is about

900 seconds,when heat please no add cereals),then press “auto

Start”. 

9.4 when there have cereals in the hooper,machine pot door did not

   Arrived Feeding position,please choice in “General Interfac  

   Description”NO 1 button or wait the program to action auto,pot

cover in up position then luck the cover,please choice in “General

Interfac Description”NO 4 button.

Then in following working circle,just need to luck the cover is

ok,then press in “General Interfac Description”NO 4 button.

10.using puff cereal automatic machine Attention

10.1 before start the machine please check is the air pressure is more than 1.0MPA,and check electric gas so on ready and enough for machine need.

10.2 Before machine running please check is the machine have problem

And check all pipe,connect is well or not,take away all other material away from machine.

10.3 when auto puff machine in runing please do not clean it,if need to clean please stop the machine and take care of the high temperature.

10.4 If machine run problem when runing,please press emergency button then check the machine,if have materail in machine and press higher continous ,please release the air in pot by open the valve at boiler body tail shaft.

10.5 when close the cover of machine must wear High temperature gloves in case of high temperature.

10.6 must lock the cover of machine then do next step.

10.7 After lock the cover well,must be back the pot stop rod ,in case of mechanical breakdown.

10.8 Bearing at pot tail shaft must be add High temperature resistance  grease.

10.9 when machine not using Please make sure the gas valve is closed.

10.10 run problem in machine using,please press emergency button.

11.Rice puffing machine Air flow type automatic Maintenance

11.1 before each batch production please check the pot of machine,if some thing in please clean that.

11.2 before each batch production please check each senser switch is fixed and ok.

11.3 Each month need to fix the each parts in each Distribution Box.

11.4 Lubrication

   11.4-1Drive chain and bearing must add two times of grease in each Month.

11.4-2 Reducer must change the engine oil in half an year.

11.4-3 Each batch need to add some High temperature resistance grease.

11.4-4 each batch production should add Engine oil to cover of pot.
