7.Auto Interface Specification

 7.1 Auto/Manual :change from Auto and Manual.

7.2 Feeding /Stop:Press this button to “Feeding start”,Barrel

   induction switch will know the cereal is less,suction head will

   auto suction.

7.3Pot heat ignition:press this button,machine lighter will be auto

   Ignition.

7.4 Heat Pot/ invalid: when frist time to heat the pot,press this

  button to “Heat Pot/ valid”.the pot if not heat .after action one

  time,the pot will auto back/reset.

7.5 Auto start:

Automatic working in cycle, press the “Auto Cycle Work Start

Button”in General Interface Description then enter into next cycle.

7.6 Puffing Number of times :the Puffing Number of times.

7.7 Auto stop:press this button will stop next job.

7.8 Discharge in Emergency :press this button,if can discharge any time.

7.9 Puffing Time:puffing actual time.

7.10 Pressure when puffing:Puffing actual presssure

7.11 Set pressure Number:cover open pressure.

8.Systeam Parameter Specification

 8.1 Big Hooper feed time:

  Hopper Feeding Sensor switch will know the cereal and continous

  to suction,after set this time it will stop,so it can change cereal

  much or less by setting this time.

8.2 Hopper feed alarm:

  If the cereal not arrived the Hopper Feeding Sensor switch set

  range ,then it will call alarm.

8.3 Feed cereal in to puffing Machine Tank time:

   The time for Screw feeder feed hopper time,control this time to

   Control the cereal capacity.

8.4 Pot Preheat Time:heat pot time.

8.5 Pot rotate speed in manual state

8.6 pot stop time in manual state

8.7 puffing number of times:zero the capacity will clear this history.

8.8 Pressure when puffing

8.9 Set pressure Number:

When arrived the set pressure No the machine will auto open

 the cover.

8.10 Stop presssure number:

When arrived the stop pressure,the machie will auto stop.

8.11 Warning pressure:

   When arrived the Warning pressure,machine will call alarm.

8.12 input password:

Input the password :1234 then you can do system parameter

 date set.
